A few favorite products I mention in many workshops:
Dustless blending chalks by Inkadinkadoo can be found in the Denver area at Michaels (in the scrapbook and stamp section) Joannes and Meiningers. I expect that both Kozo and Guiry's will be carrying them in 2012. To purchase on-line I frequently use www.stuff4scrapbooking.com
Rubber stamps and inks; I always use the coupons for either Michaels, Joannes or Archivers. There are about a million on-line stores.
Note;there are three basic types of stamp ink:
pigment ink is sticky, will print on anything, takes a few days to dry and will clog your stamps if you don't clean up.
dye ink is waterbased, dries very quickly and is made for paper (and it won't clog up your stamp) this ink is made by many different companies
Distress Ink is made by Ranger and has unique properties; it will bleed when water is applied (best to do with a spray bottle), colors will mix in interesting ways, the stamp pad is slightly elevated above the holder so you can apply the ink directly to the paper, using it more like a very broad marker, rather than only impressing a rubber stamp onto the pad to pick up color.
Tombo dual tip waterbase pens: These can be found in any art or craft store, on-line:

Coccoina adhesive (both paste and glue stick):

Spray walnut ink: now found at Meiningers, Michael's, Aarons frames and on-line:

also sold on Amazon!
Two other general art material sites I have used for years:

http://www.dickblick.com
Finally a shout out to Patricia at Kozo and Felicia at Guiry's, both great ladies and eager to help you learn about their materials. Tell them I sent you!

One of the loveliest stores in the area is Two Hands Paperie, 803 Pearl Street, Boulder. I always find items (or they drop into my hands) that are wonderful! Today I picked up some alphabet "sticky tabs", some amazing transparent decorative tape, and of course some more Coccoina glue sticks and paste glue. Check them out: http://www.twohandspaperie.com

Artists I love:
My friend Rose recommended the work of an artist whose work has made me absolutely giddy! (I immediately ordered her books from Amazon).
Maira Kalman, check her out on www.TED.com

The Abecedarian Gallery is such a gem in Denver and owner Alicia Bailey is one of my favorites in town; she promotes all things hand-made book related. Check out the gallery at www.abecedariangallery.com and go visit! You will love it!
Carol Waugh is creating some fabulous work in fiber arts - you must see her ever-changing, ever-evolving pieces. Check out her site at : www.carolannwaugh.com  She also has a great blog with techniques that could translate to paper and other mixed media. If you see a wild artist riding around on a bright pink scooter give a honk, that is probably her (on the way to a Rockies game!!) Carol is now teaching workshops around town that I highly recommendand and has a few wonderful video tutorials up on YouTube:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POJLghTr6Z0

Jennifer Mosquera is the visionary behind the Art Salon (21st and York). Her work is powerful (both paintings and mosaics) and her energy contagious. She regularly hosts crazy events - and you are invited! Check out the schedule of classes and parties at www.artsalondenver.com
